Forecast 09-12-08

Post by Outspoken on Fri Sep 12, 2008 6:22 am

We will start off the day mostly sunny, but by this afternoon clouds will be widespread across the Northeast. These clouds are due to a warm front locked up across the Great Lakes. Look for showers to start up by the afternoon and continue off and on throughout the evening and overnight hours. Highs today will be in the upper 60's to low 70's. Lows overnight will dip into the 50's, so it will be warmer than the last couple of nights, but we will have to deal with those showers. Saturday will be cloudy with a chance of showers in the morning, otherwise it will be about as warm as today. Sundays forecast is a little bit of a toss up. Some computer guidance hints at a early bout of rain, others bring it in a little later. As a result the forecast for Sunday will have to stand at a chance of showers for much of the day, with highs in the lower 70's.

Today: Cloudy. Scatter afternoon showers. High in the 60's to around 70°.

Tonight: Cloudy. Rain showers. Low in the 50's.

Saturday: Cloudy. AM Showers. High in the 60's to lower 70's.

Sunday: Cloudy. Showers and storms possible. High in the lower 70's.

Monday: Cloudy. Showers possible. High in the mid 60's.
